GENERAL INFORMATION:
• Camps are one week sessions, Monday-Friday, 9am-12pm. There is a 10% discount if a player enrolls for more than one session, or if more than one family member enrolls per session. Many of our campers attend several sessions each summer!
• Payment in full or a nonrefundable deposit of $50 per space/per session can be mailed to the address listed below. Receipt of your payment reserves you a space in the session of your choice. If the session is full, you may choose another session or have your payment refunded as enrollment is limited!
• Regrettably, there are no make-ups.
• Sign-up early as Enrollment is limited!
• We operate with high safety standards foremost in our clinics. We ask that
your child is on time and prepared with necessary protection for playing outside in the sun.
• CTC takes two breaks in the Juniors Morning sessions and suggests you
bring a snack for break time.
• Alan is also available for private and group lessons for teams,
juniors and adults.

Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your registration, please do so in writing 2 weeks prior to your camp starting. CTC has a non-refundable deposit of $50 per space/per session. A camp credit can be applied to any of the other camps for 2009 that are not filled to capacity. The camp credit is transferable to a family member only. The balance less the deposit will be refunded within 7 days. Thank you

POLICY: We reserve the right to dismiss any camper whose conduct is detrimental to Camp with no refund due. No deductions can be made for late arrivals or early departures. Alan Margot's Champion Tennis Camps operates on the highest safety standards; however we cannot assume liability for accidents, illness or disease. In case of accidents or sickness, Champion Tennis is authorized to secure medical attention for the camper named below as is deemed necessary.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Student/Parent understands and accepts that he/she or their child who is named above is taking tennis lessons at his/her own risk. Student/parent hereby expressly waives any claim of liability against Alan Margot, Champion Tennis Camps, Holbrook-Palmer Park, their agents and contractors for any negligence, personal injury, premises liability or other damages which occur to student during the above described tennis lessons. This waiver is a complete release of any responsibility for injuries or damages sustained whether or not the student was engaged in playing tennis at the time of the injury.
